BMC Capital Provides $ 1.35M for Purchase of Carolina Woods I & II

BMC Capital announced today that it provided $ 1,350,000 for the purchase of an 88 unit apartment community known as Carolina Woods I & II, located on the 3400 block of North O’Henry Blvd in Greensboro, North Carolina. The transaction required the subordination of a $ 300,000 second mortgage provided by the North Carolina Housing Finance Authority. BMC Capital is an active lender in North Carolina and has funded numerous loans in the state this past year.    

Josh Bailey, Vice President with BMC Capital, coordinated the financing for the buyer, Grace Gardens, LLC. The buyer was represented by Spencer Hurst and Victoria Pulisipher of Marcus and Millichap on this transaction.
