Crescent Heights has been selected as the winner for Delta Associates Eighth Annual Apartment and Condominium Awards for Excellence in the category of Mid-Atlantic Condominium Conversion Volume Leader: 2004. This is the second year in which Crescent Heights has been bestowed with this honor.
First honors were given to Crescent Heights in 2003 after the purchase, conversion and sale of The Fountains at McLean and The Gates of McLean. Both communities sold out in less than a year  accounting for 1126 overall home sales.

Awards will be presented to all winners at The Eighth Annual Apartment and Condominium Industry Awards for Excellence on October 6th.
