Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta Announces Priscilla Howard as New Advisory Council Member

Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta (FHLBank Atlanta) announced today that it has appointed a new member to its Affordable Housing Advisory Council. Priscilla Howard of Tallahassee, Fla. was selected to serve as one of the two council members from Florida. FHLBank Atlanta’s Affordable Housing Advisory Council has a total of 15 members. Howard’s term began May 1, 2010.
Howard currently serves as president of Community Solutions Group in Tallahassee. The Community Services Group specializes in assisting clients in all areas of affordable housing, including finance, and related local, state, and federal policy issues and capacity building. She also is the financial advisor for the Jacksonville Housing Finance Authority and community representative for the City of Tallahassee Affordable Housing Advisory Board. Howard has 24 years of experience in housing and community development. Previously, she was senior manager of the Florida Housing Finance Corporation’s affordable housing programs.
