Randy Richardson, a seasoned technology executive and recognized IT innovator, has joined Star2Star Communications as Chief Product Officer. He will be responsible for setting direction and supervising development of new products.

Richardson previously held CIO positions at major retail chains Best Buy, Talbots, Abercrombie & Fitch, and Ann Taylor, where he developed and implemented technology solutions for national and global retail, call center, and Internet operations. He also served as a product manager at Computer Associates, the world’s 4th largest software company.
Star2Star has enjoyed nearly 600% growth over the past few years, despite the weak economy. “Randy will help us develop the next generation of innovative and exciting features and applications”, added CEO Norman Worthington.
Prior to joining Star2Star, Randy was President of BridgeFive Solutions, a software startup specializing in Customer Communication Management (CCM) software for the small and midsize business market. BridgeFive’s BridgeWorks software connects voice traffic with customer information and allows small to midsize businesses to take advantage of technologies traditionally available only to large businesses and call centers.
Effective immediately, the BridgeWorks software will be distributed and supported by Star2Star.
